Luke began his insurance career with Kapnick Insurance Group, the largest independent insurance agency in Michigan, as a commercial insurance and risk advisor. He built a practice in the middle-market across Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Nonprofit by delivering service and risk advisory that turned clients into advocates. This approach earned him President’s Club four consecutive years and the firm’s peer-voted Salesperson of the Year award. While the accolades reflected Luke’s success, it was the relationships with the colleagues, clients, and carrier partners that defined his time at Kapnick.
At Procetto, Luke serves as President, leading the firm's daily operations in pursuit of his vision to enrich the community by protecting the businesses that its people and families rely on.
John LoVasco

John LoVasco has spent 40 years serving businesses in Southeast Michigan. As an insurance industry leader, he helped build the largest independent agency in Michigan. He co-founded ALCOS and grew it from a three-person firm to a 132-person agency over 21 years. He led the firm’s largest revenue division in Employee Benefits and was the agency’s top producer. Following ALCOS's sale to Brown & Brown in 2007, John founded Think Sync Advisors to help business owners navigate leadership, foster culture, and grow sales. With a client base concentrated in independent agency owners, this work has kept him closely connected to the industry for nearly two decades.
At Procetto, John serves as Executive Chairman, providing the strategic perspective, operating experience, and cultural leadership that will shape the firm's trajectory for years to come.
